What are the check-in and check-out times at Penolive Family Resort?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM local time, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out until 1:30 PM is possible for a fee of GHS 100, subject to availability. Please ask at reception if you need a late check-out.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and complete a verification checklist. This is for legal and security reasons.

 Employees will not disclose your identity, room number, or presence to anyone for your safety. Safety cameras monitor the premises, and all activities and use of facilities, including pools and adventure activities, are at your own risk.

Our resort offers a swimming pool, children’s playground, fitness center, spa services, on-site dining, and a variety of recreational activities.

Absolutely! We have event spaces for meetings, weddings, and family celebrations. Please contact us for packages and availability.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all registered resort guests.

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking, including all traditional and electronic delivery systems (vapes, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc.). Smoking in rooms incurs a GHS 200 cleaning fee.

Cancel more than 7 days before arrival: Full refund.

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival: Payment is non-refundable.

No-show: The full reservation price is charged and non-refundable.
The total price is charged at booking and subject to cancellation terms.
